Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we ship to almost everywhere around the world. We have built up a highly reliable as well as fast international logistics network to ensure your orders reach you wherever you may be.

Q. What are your shipping / delivery options and costs?

A. We offer Standard, Express and Bulk-Economy delivery options as well as an additional Self-pickup option. Delivery costs will depend on what you order and the delivery address location. You can view our delivery costs at checkout or on our shipping calculator page here for reference.

Q. How do I check / track the status of my order?

A. An email notification will be sent to your provided email address with a tracking number (applicable for US and all international Express orders only) and an estimated shipment date. Alternatively, if you have setup an account with us, you can track your order by clicking the Order Status link located on the upper right side of our website.

Q. Can I ship my item to P.O. Boxes?

A. No, unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO & FPO addresses.

Q. Can you print and manufacture my playing cards?

A. Yes, definitely. We have no minimum order quantity for the majority of our items so you can order as many or as few as you wish. Simply choose your card size, number of cards, card stock, finishing and packaging options. Start here. If you can’t find what you need, simply contact us.

A. Yes, we have our very own fulfillment center with a complex logistical network to ensure your parcels are shipped to your backers at very competitive prices.
